Instructions

Welcome to the Orange County Property Appraiser Interactive Map.

You can navigate the map by one of the tools (Zoom In, Zoom Out, Zoom Full, Previous View and Pan), you can also you mouse, keyboard and the Scale bar to navigate the map.

The "Select Parcel" tool allows you to get property information derived for the selected parcel. Use the "Measure" tool to measure distances and areas.

Location Map shows the area being displayed in the "Main Map", click on the location map to allow you quick navigate the map to desired location.

Click on one of the search buttons on left to search the parcel by the specific way.

Additional map layers available for viewing include the Aerial Photo, Recent Sales and Future development, click buttons on the left side to toggle layers on or off as desired.
